International Panaacea Ltd. has created a ‘Training Adoption’ programme for farmers. The Company has designed organic farming training programmes and arranges access for farmers to these courses. The company arranges seminars and workshops on natural farming, organic farming, eco farming, experimenting and establishing standard eco friendly cultivation practices for various crops.

IPL also provides assistance to farmers to develop 100% certified organic farms and marketing certified organic farm produce. The market for organic products – at local and international level – has tremendous growth prospects for producers and exporters.
The objective of the programme is to provide access to high quality training materials and training programmes on Organic Agriculture. In this way IPL is helping to contribute to meaningful socio-economic and ecologically sustainable development opportunities while improving the income and living conditions of farmers.
The Company has managed to involve government officials, in different parts of India, and obtained their cooperation in the programmes.
The Organic Farming Division of IPL has finally converted 27646 ha. Grower group’s agriculture land in different states i.e., Bihar, Haryana, Rajasthan, J&K & Sikkim into C-3 organic certification (Scope Certificate). At present IPL is a Leading Service Provider of Organic Farming & ICS Management in Sikkim state after getting renewal of 15667 ha. area along with 15474 farmers to maintain the Organic standards of NPOP & NOP to provide TC (Transit Certificate) for trading of Organic produce at National and International platform especially in Big Cardamom, Turmeric, Ginger, and Buck wheat as a Sikkim Organic.
